Third-party logistics companies in the US, Canada and Japan run their daily operation on a WMS environment that we provision, configure and maintain. Each warehouse gets its own tenant, its own operation parameters, its own carrier accounts and its own client portal, on a white-label platform that has processed millions of orders.
The service is defined in writing and billed as a fixed monthly fee. It covers the environment, warehouse parameters, marketplace, carrier and e-commerce platform integrations, monitoring and version updates, defect resolution, technical support and user account management.
New modules, new integrations, custom reports and data migrations fall outside the monthly scope and are quoted separately, so the monthly fee stays predictable.

Frequently asked questions
What does the monthly fee include?
The WMS environment, warehouse operation parameters, marketplace, carrier and e-commerce integrations, monitoring and updates, defect resolution, technical support and user account management. It is a fixed amount in USD, invoiced monthly.
What is charged separately?
Development of new modules or features, new marketplace, carrier or third-party integrations, custom reports and dashboards, and data migration or bulk data work. Scope and price are agreed by e-mail before work starts.
Where is the system hosted and who owns the data?
The environment is hosted on infrastructure we operate. Data entered into the system belongs to the client. We act as a data processor and apply industry-standard security measures.
How long does onboarding take?
Most warehouses are live within a few weeks, depending on the number of client channels and carrier accounts to connect.
Can we leave?
Yes. The agreement runs for twelve months and renews yearly, and either side can terminate with 30 days' written notice. Your data is yours to take.
