Integration & support services

Orders in, stock out, labels printed, every channel in sync

We connect warehouses and online sellers to marketplaces, carriers and e-commerce platforms, and we watch those connections every day so that a changed API or an expired token never becomes a lost order.

An integration is not a project that ends. Marketplaces change their APIs, carriers retire services, tokens expire and rate limits move. The value is in the connection staying alive for years, which is why we sell integration as a service with support included, not as a one-off build.

We work with the official APIs of the major platforms (Amazon SP-API, eBay, Walmart Marketplace, Etsy, Shopify and others) and with carrier APIs for label purchase, tracking and manifests. Through our white-label WMS platform more than 40 marketplace and carrier connectors are available out of the box; new ones are built to order.

Every connection is monitored: failed calls, stuck orders, stock mismatches and authorisation problems raise alerts that reach an engineer, not a mailbox nobody reads.

What's included

  • Marketplace integrations: orders, stock, prices, listings, returns
  • Carrier integrations: rates, labels, tracking, manifests
  • E-commerce platform integrations (Shopify, WooCommerce, PrestaShop and others)
  • Webhook and EDI-based exchanges with partners
  • Token lifecycle, rate limiting and retry handling
  • Monitoring with alerts to an engineer
  • Defect resolution, version updates and technical support

How we work

How an integration goes live

Map the flows

Which objects move where and when: orders, shipments, stock, prices, returns. We write it down with the edge cases.

Connect & test

Credentials, sandbox tests, then a controlled run with real orders. Nothing goes live untested.

Monitor

Alerts, dashboards and logs from the first day in production.

Support

API changes, new channels and the occasional 3 a.m. problem are handled under the service agreement.

A good fit if

This service fits you if

  • You sell on several marketplaces and still reconcile orders or stock by hand
  • You run a 3PL whose clients each bring their own store platform and carriers
  • An integration built years ago breaks every time the platform changes something
  • You want the people who built the connection to be the ones who answer when it fails

Have a specific connector in mind?

Send us the platform and what needs to flow. We will tell you within a business day whether it is already available or what it would take to build.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Which marketplaces and carriers do you support?

Amazon (SP-API), eBay, Walmart, Etsy, Wayfair, Shopify and several European marketplaces; carriers include UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL and regional services. Through our white-label platform more than 40 connectors are available, and we build new ones to order.

What happens when a marketplace changes its API?

Maintenance is part of the service. We track platform announcements, update the connector and test it before the deadline, usually without you noticing.

Do you offer monitoring without building the integration?

Yes. We can take an existing integration under monitoring and support, after a short review of how it is built.

How are integration services billed?

Building a new connector is quoted as a project. Monitoring, maintenance and support are a fixed monthly fee, often combined with the WMS service.

Have a project, an integration or a warehouse to run?

Tell us what you are building. We reply within one business day with a clear next step.
